What does elegant
pinot noir, A duck called Socks (
OK, he was a cat) and a grey winter's day have in common? They are all perfect ingredients for a sensational
Cowichan Valley wine tasting! This past weekend we went to visit
Averill Creek Winery and
Alderlea Vineyards. After fueling up with some delicious
Drumroaster coffee, we headed down the road to visit two premier estate wineries right here on the island! Thanks to Andy and Roger for the information and of course, the beautiful wine. If you can't make it up to the
Cowichan Valley, feel free to pop on by and enjoy a glass of Vancouver Island
terroir, new wines arriving weekly!
